Down 2.6. I am happy, a little. The first week is supposed to be easy, you are supposed to lose weight the first week. I was hopeful for more, but given that I had two days at mom and dad's house, land of whole milk and honey roasted peanuts, and less than healthy options while there, I will be content with 2.6. I am holding out any real joy until next week. If I have a loss next week, then I think I will let myself be happy, really happy about it.
